Catherine Palace Tour

This renowned summer residence of the Romanov Tsars is totally different in lay out and style from Peterhof. Winter time is my absolute favourite for this palace, as in winter they open the whole palace for visitors, whereas in summer you hardly get to see even half of it. Many small private rooms are closed for summer as huge groups cannot possibly fit in, besides, for crowd control purposes the palace is divided into halves and you can see only one or the other of them.
